Split Air Conditioners consist of a system where the main unit can be installed in areas such as machine room and the indoor unit can be found in the living spaces. The main unit includes safety guards, electrical elements, seawater condenser and compressor. Indoor unit consists of evaporator and fan motor. Keeping the main unit away from living areas allows to minimize the noise level. The connections between them are provided with insulating copper pipes.

In case of service or displacement, the risk of gas leakage can be reset by the valves on it. There is no possibility of moving sea water to the habitats. The installation space in the room takes up less space. In case of excess capacity, more than one fan coil can be connected to one main unit.
